Treatments for rosacea and facial veins

Rosacea isn’t cured · it’s controlled

Reactive skin has already tried enough. We don’t promise a cure: we offer sustained control of redness, flare-ups and visible veins with technologies that respect the skin barrier. Dr. Urbani lives with rosacea and designed iki’s approach around this skin type.

How we decide

Diagnosis first · then the technology

The consultation is not a sales appointment. It is a 45-minute medical consultation, and you leave with a diagnosis and a written plan whether or not you decide to be treated that day.

  • Consultation. Medical history, skin analysis, realistic goals and your budget. Free.
  • Full diagnosis. What can be solved, what can be controlled and what aesthetics can’t fix.
  • Phased plan. What to do first, what next, what each phase costs and how long it takes to show.
  • Treatment. The procedure follows a written protocol, with aftercare instructions in writing.
  • Follow-up. Check-ups in the clinical window that each technology requires.

Frequently asked questions

Does IPL cure rosacea?

No. Rosacea is a chronic condition · it isn’t cured, it’s controlled. IPL helps reduce diffuse redness and fine vessels, and helps your face flush less easily. Keeping the result depends on sunscreen, your routine, avoiding triggers and maintenance sessions.

How long does the treatment take?

About 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the area treated and the number of spider veins. It includes skin prep, eye protection, treating each vessel and soothing the area at the end. You leave with written instructions for the following days.

Does a chemical peel cure rosacea?

No. Rosacea is a chronic condition · it isn’t cured, it’s controlled. A peel helps reduce redness, inflammation and acne-like bumps, and spaces out flare-ups. Keeping the result depends on your routine, sunscreen, avoiding triggers and maintenance sessions.
