How accurate is the analysis?
We use an artificial intelligence engine specialized in skin, trained on hundreds of thousands of photos, with 95% test-retest reliability according to its study. It measures 15 indicators and marks on your face where each one is. Accuracy depends on the photo: light from the front, a clean face, no glasses and looking at the camera. It is guidance, not a medical diagnosis.
Do you keep my photo?
We keep only the image of your analysis, with the areas marked, for 90 days: we use it to send you the report and so the physician can see it if you book a consultation. Then it is deleted. We do not publish it or share it with third parties.
Does it cost anything?
No. The analysis is free and we send you the result with the plan by email. If you want a medical diagnosis, the consultation at iki is also free and lasts 45 minutes.
What exactly does it measure?
Dark spots, wrinkles and lines, pores, texture, redness, acne, dark circles, eye bags, tear trough, upper and lower eyelid, firmness, hydration, radiance and oiliness, plus your skin type and apparent skin age.
Does it replace the consultation with a physician?
No. The analysis shows you where to start. The physician confirms the diagnosis, rules out conditions a photo cannot see and defines the exact plan with written prices.
