Collagen Boost
One plan · not one product
The Collagen Boost (Bomba de colágeno) is an anti-aging protocol that combines technologies and injectable treatments according to what each face needs. It isn’t a fixed formula: the physician decides which pieces go in, in what order and at what intensity.

The Collagen Boost is a non-surgical anti-aging protocol that combines technologies such as ResurFX on the Stellar M22, Zaffiro by Neauvia and EndyMed gold microneedles with injectables such as botulinum toxin, hyaluronic acid and HArmonyCa. It aims to stimulate collagen, soften wrinkles and restore firmness. At iki it’s designed for each patient after a medical consultation, and recovery usually takes 24 to 48 hours.

Indicated when
- Aging on several fronts at once: wrinkles, volume loss and texture
- Mature skin that has lost firmness and elasticity
- People who want a comprehensive plan instead of one-off treatments
- Anyone who prefers gradual, natural-looking changes without surgery
Not the right time if
- Severe sagging with excess skin · the indication is surgical
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding · injectables and technology can wait
- Infection, active cold sores or open lesions on the face
- Anyone who needs to address a single, specific concern · an individual treatment is usually enough
The physician makes the final indication at the consultation. Results vary from patient to patient.
How the Collagen Boost is put together at iki
Not every piece goes into every plan. The combination depends on the diagnosis, your skin and your history.
Skin diagnosis
The physician assesses dynamic and static wrinkles, volume loss, skin quality and dark spots, and from there decides which components are indicated and which aren’t.
Technology for skin quality
Depending on the case, ResurFX on the Stellar M22 is used for texture and fine wrinkles, Zaffiro for firmness and deep cleansing, or EndyMed gold microneedles to stimulate collagen in the dermis.
Injectables with judgment
When indicated, botulinum toxin is added for expression lines, hyaluronic acid for volume and hydration, or HArmonyCa as a hybrid injectable that combines filler and biostimulation.
Order and timing
The pieces are spread over one or several sessions to respect the skin’s recovery. The written plan states what is done at each visit and when progress is checked.
Follow-up and maintenance
Progress is reviewed and the plan is adjusted. Maintenance is scheduled only if it adds something.
What it offers
Collagen stimulated through several pathways
Heat, controlled micro-injury and biostimulation work on different layers. The skin gains firmness and elasticity gradually.
Wrinkles and expression lines
Botulinum toxin relaxes expression and technology softens fine lines. The aim is natural expression, not a frozen face.
Contour and volume
Hyaluronic acid and HArmonyCa restore volume where it was lost. The goal is a defined, well-proportioned contour.
A single plan
One diagnosis organizes everything. It avoids one-off treatments that overlap or work against each other.
Technology with an indication

Stellar M22 (ResurFX) · Zaffiro · EndyMed microneedles
The protocol relies on three technologies we have at the clinic. ResurFX is the fractional laser module of the Lumenis Stellar M22, indicated for texture, fine wrinkles and scars. Zaffiro by Neauvia provides hydro-exfoliation and heat in the dermis. EndyMed gold microneedles stimulate collagen from within. The physician chooses which to use based on the diagnosis.
Results and aftercare
Some changes are noticeable from the first session, especially in texture and expression. New collagen forms over the following weeks, so firmness improves gradually. Results typically last several months and depend on the combination used, your skin and your habits. Maintenance sessions extend them.
Aftercare after the session
- Daily sunscreen, reapplied · the skin is more sensitive
- No direct sun, sauna or intense exercise for the first 24 to 48 hours
- Don’t massage injected areas unless your physician advises it
- A gentle routine · no acids or retinoids until your follow-up
- Ice or cold compresses if there is swelling
- Attend your scheduled follow-up
Results vary from patient to patient.

What exactly does the Collagen Boost include?
It’s a protocol that can combine ResurFX on the Stellar M22, Zaffiro by Neauvia, EndyMed gold microneedles, botulinum toxin, hyaluronic acid and HArmonyCa. Not every piece goes into every plan. The physician defines the combination at the consultation, based on what your skin needs.
Who is the Collagen Boost for?
For people who want to treat several signs of aging at once, such as volume loss, wrinkles, expression lines and texture, without surgery. If there is only one concern, an individual treatment sometimes works better, with less intervention. We’ll tell you at the consultation.
How long is each session, and how many will I need?
A session usually lasts between 45 minutes and an hour, depending on the combination. The number of sessions depends on the condition of your skin and your goals. The written plan details what is done at each visit and when progress is checked.
What is the recovery like?
It’s minimal. There may be redness, swelling or sensitivity in the treated areas, which usually go away within 24 to 48 hours. Most patients return to their activities the same day or the next. If injectables are used, there may be a small bruise that fades within days.
How long do the results last?
They typically last several months, but there’s no fixed figure: it depends on the combination, your age, your skin and sun protection. Injectables and stimulated collagen follow different timelines. Maintenance sessions help extend and build on what was achieved.
Is it safe?
Side effects are usually mild and temporary, such as redness, swelling or sensitivity. What makes the difference is having it done by a medical team after a proper diagnosis. At iki, Dr. Urbani, a physician specialized in sensitive and reactive skin, aesthetic and anti-aging medicine, and her team define each plan.
Can I have it while pregnant or breastfeeding?
No. During pregnancy and breastfeeding we don’t apply injectables or recommend these protocols. It’s a time to care for your skin with a safe routine and sunscreen. When that stage ends, the consultation determines where to start.
