HArmonyCa works in two stages: what you see when you leave and what the skin builds afterward. The plan takes both into account.
Consultation
The physician assesses bone support, fat, and skin thickness and quality. They set the injection points and amount of product in a written plan.
Preparation
Clinical photos, disinfection, and topical or local anesthesia depending on the area.
Injection
The product is distributed in the indicated layer with a cannula or needle, mainly in the midface and contour. You feel pressure and brief discomfort.
Follow-up
The result is reviewed once the swelling goes down, and the progress in firmness is followed over the next months.

Aftercare after the session

What is HArmonyCa and how is it different from a filler?
A hyaluronic acid filler restores volume. HArmonyCa combines that hyaluronic acid with calcium hydroxylapatite, which stimulates collagen. So it doesn’t just support in the moment: it also improves firmness progressively. It’s indicated when the problem is support and skin quality more than volume.
Does HArmonyCa hurt?
Topical or local anesthesia is used depending on the area, so most people feel pressure and brief pinpricks. For the first few days there may be tenderness to the touch and mild swelling. The session takes 45 minutes to 1 hour, including preparation.
How many HArmonyCa sessions will I need?
It depends on the degree of laxity, skin quality and the amount of product your face requires. Progress is reviewed at follow-up before deciding whether another treatment is needed, because part of the result appears months later. The exact plan is set in writing at your consultation.
When will I see results?
The support effect shows at the end of the session. The firmness produced by new collagen appears gradually over the following months, so the final result isn’t assessed in the first week. Results vary from patient to patient and depend on the starting quality of the skin.
What side effects can it have?
Swelling, redness, tenderness or small bruises in the area are common and usually subside within a few days. Less often, palpable nodules can form. As with any injectable, intense pain or a change in skin color requires immediate attention from the physician.
Who shouldn’t get HArmonyCa?
It’s not used during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with an active infection in the area, uncontrolled autoimmune disease or a tendency to keloid scarring. It’s also not the product for the lips or under-eyes. And if the sagging is severe, with excess skin, the honest answer is that the indication is surgical.
Can HArmonyCa be combined with Botox or HIFU?
Yes, and it often is. Botulinum toxin works on expression, HArmonyCa on support and firmness, and HIFU on tightening the deeper layers. The physician sets the order and the intervals between procedures according to the plan, so each treatment addresses a different cause.
