NuEra Tight · radiofrequency for face and body
Controlled heat · firmness that builds
NuEra Tight is a radiofrequency treatment that heats the skin and superficial fat in a controlled way. At iki we use it for mild to moderate skin laxity, uneven texture and contouring in specific areas, always after a medical consultation. It is gradual · it does not replace surgery or weight loss.

NuEra Tight is a non-invasive radiofrequency treatment that raises skin temperature in a controlled way to stimulate collagen and improve firmness, texture and contour on the face, double chin, abdomen, arms or legs. At iki it is recommended after a medical consultation, in multi-session protocols of 20 to 70 minutes depending on the area. Changes are gradual and vary from patient to patient.

What a NuEra Tight session looks like at iki
Each session follows a written protocol. The area, energy and number of sessions are set by the physician during your consultation, not by a standard package.
Medical consultation
We review your medical history, skin quality and elasticity, fat distribution and expectations. If NuEra Tight is not the right tool for your case, we tell you and explain what is.
Preparing the area
The skin is cleansed, the treatment area is marked and a conductive gel is applied. No anesthesia is needed.
Radiofrequency application
The handpiece glides over the skin while the device gradually raises the temperature. It feels like intense but tolerable warmth, and the energy is adjusted to your sensation and the area. It takes about 20 minutes on the face and up to 70 for a full leg.
Follow-up and adjustment
Afterward there may be mild redness, which usually fades within a few hours. At each following session, the physician reviews your progress and adjusts the protocol.
What it offers
Stimulates collagen
Sustained heat in the dermis activates collagen and elastin production. Firmness improves over the weeks, not overnight.
Improves texture and contour
Softens the orange-peel look and helps redefine areas with mild localized fat.
Face and body with one device
Treats the double chin, jawline, neck and décolleté, as well as the abdomen, flanks, arms, legs and buttocks.
No time off
No incisions and no anesthesia. You return to your routine the same day.
Technology with an indication

NuEra Tight (Lumenis)
NuEra Tight is a Lumenis radiofrequency device that heats the skin and superficial fat evenly and in a controlled way. That sustained temperature is what stimulates collagen and improves firmness. We chose it because it can treat both face and body and adjust the energy to each area and each skin.
Results and aftercare
Some patients notice firmer skin from the first sessions. Changes in contour and texture usually become evident gradually in the weeks after the protocol, because new collagen forms slowly. The result holds better with a stable weight and the maintenance sessions the physician sets based on your progress.
Aftercare after the session
- Moisturize your skin and drink enough water on treatment days
- Daily sunscreen if the face, neck or décolleté was treated
- Avoid sauna, steam room and intense heat on the area the same day
- Keep a stable weight, physical activity and balanced eating · they sustain the result
- Let the team know if redness does not subside within 24 hours
Results vary from patient to patient.

Does NuEra Tight hurt?
It usually does not hurt. It feels like intense warmth that builds gradually, similar to a hot massage. The device adjusts the energy to your sensation and the area, and no anesthesia is needed. If at any point the heat feels uncomfortable, the intensity is lowered during the same session.
How many NuEra Tight sessions do I need?
It depends on the area, the degree of skin laxity and the goal. Protocols usually range from 4 to 8 sessions, and the physician sets the exact number during your consultation. We prefer a realistic phased plan to a package that does not fit your case.
Does NuEra Tight help you lose weight?
No. Radiofrequency helps redefine specific areas with mild localized fat and improve skin firmness, but it does not replace weight loss. It works best for people with a stable weight. If your goal is to lose weight, we discuss a different plan during your consultation.
What is the difference between NuEra Tight and HIFU?
NuEra Tight is radiofrequency: it heats the skin and superficial tissue evenly, over several sessions. HIFU is focused ultrasound: it concentrates energy at deep points, including the SMAS on the face, and is usually done in one session with a later follow-up. They don’t compete · depending on the case, they are combined.
Which areas can be treated with NuEra Tight?
On the face we treat the double chin, jawline, neck and décolleté. On the body, the abdomen, flanks, back, arms, legs and buttocks. A session takes about 20 minutes on the face and 40 to 70 minutes on larger body areas, depending on the area treated.
Can I have NuEra Tight during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
No. We do not apply radiofrequency during pregnancy or breastfeeding. It is also not recommended for people with pacemakers, metal implants or electronic devices in the area, active cancer, or skin with wounds or infection. During the consultation we review your full medical history before proposing any session.
When will I see results, and how long do they last?
Some patients feel firmer skin from the first sessions, but deeper changes appear gradually as new collagen forms. How long they last depends on weight, habits, age and maintenance. There is no guaranteed duration · results vary from patient to patient.
