Body treatments
Firmness and contour · without surgery and without fairy tales
Body technology works when the indication is right: mild to moderate laxity, localized fat in specific areas, recent stretch marks. It doesn’t replace diet and exercise, and it doesn’t replace surgery when surgery is what’s indicated. We say that at the consultation too.

Diagnosis first · then the technology
The consultation is not a sales appointment. It is a 45-minute medical consultation, and you leave with a diagnosis and a written plan whether or not you decide to be treated that day.
- Consultation. Medical history, skin analysis, realistic goals and your budget. Free.
- Full diagnosis. What can be solved, what can be controlled and what aesthetics can’t fix.
- Phased plan. What to do first, what next, what each phase costs and how long it takes to show.
- Treatment. The procedure follows a written protocol, with aftercare instructions in writing.
- Follow-up. Check-ups in the clinical window that each technology requires.
Frequently asked questions
When can I start drainage after surgery?
When your surgeon clears it. After liposuction, it’s usually recommended in the first few days; after a tummy tuck or breast surgery, the timing depends on the incisions, the drains and the technique used. At iki we don’t start without that clearance. If you have it in writing, bring it to your first appointment.
Do lipolytic enzymes help you lose weight?
No. Enzymes are not a treatment for weight loss or obesity. They help reduce small fat deposits in specific areas and improve contour. The change is measured in centimeters, not kilos. If you are overweight, the honest approach is to work on your weight first and save the enzymes to refine what remains.
How long does a body massage session take?
60 to 90 minutes, depending on the type and the areas to be treated. That time allows us to cover the body calmly and give more attention to the areas with the most tension. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to tell us how you feel that day and which areas bother you.
Does body contouring help you lose weight?
No. Body contouring redefines specific areas with mild localized fat and improves skin firmness, but the scale barely changes. It works best for people with a stable weight. If your main goal is to lose weight, during the consultation we first propose a different plan and then, if it makes sense, contouring.
