Treatments for dark spots and pigmentation
An even tone · is built in stages
Not all dark spots are the same: melasma is hormonal and comes back, sun spots respond to laser, post-inflammatory marks need patience. Diagnosing first avoids paying for the wrong technology. We work with medical peels, depigmenting mesotherapy and Q-Switched Nd:YAG laser, always with sunscreen as the base and a maintenance plan stated from day one.

Diagnosis first · then the technology
The consultation is not a sales appointment. It is a 45-minute medical consultation, and you leave with a diagnosis and a written plan whether or not you decide to be treated that day.
- Consultation. Medical history, skin analysis, realistic goals and your budget. Free.
- Full diagnosis. What can be solved, what can be controlled and what aesthetics can’t fix.
- Phased plan. What to do first, what next, what each phase costs and how long it takes to show.
- Treatment. The procedure follows a written protocol, with aftercare instructions in writing.
- Follow-up. Check-ups in the clinical window that each technology requires.
Frequently asked questions
What is Cosmelan and what is it for?
It’s a medical-grade depigmenting protocol that combines a mask applied in the clinic with a maintenance cream at home. It’s for melasma and extensive or stubborn spots on the face. It isn’t just another peel: its effect depends as much on the clinic session as on your consistency at home over the following months.
Is IPL a laser?
No, although it’s often called “IPL laser.” A laser emits a single wavelength. IPL emits broad-spectrum light, and a filter lets through only the part that’s useful for each goal. That’s why it can treat spots, redness or acne by changing the filter. The Stellar M22 has both IPL and lasers, and the physician chooses which to use.
Why do underarms get darker?
The underarm is a skin fold, thin and moist, that rubs against skin and clothing. Razor shaving, deodorants with alcohol or fragrance and repeated irritation stimulate pigment production. Hormonal changes, genetics and, in some cases, acanthosis nigricans also play a role.
Does mesotherapy for dark spots hurt?
It feels like small pricks and light pressure. It’s a minimally invasive procedure and, when needed, a local anesthetic is used to reduce the discomfort. Tolerance varies from person to person and from area to area · the physician adjusts the pace during the session and can pause whenever you need.
