Aesthetic medicine with judgment · not from a catalog

We treat real skin: reactive, sensitive, adult, with a history. We don’t sell transformations. We apply clinical judgment to a plan.

How a visit works

Diagnosis first · then the procedure

The consultation is not a sales appointment. It is a 45-minute medical consultation, and you leave with a diagnosis and a written plan whether or not you decide to be treated that day.

  1. 1

    Consultation

Medical history, skin analysis, realistic goals and your budget. Free.

  2. 2

    Full diagnosis

What can be solved, what can be controlled and what aesthetics can’t fix.

  3. 3

    Phased plan

What to do first, what next, what each phase costs and how long it takes to show.

  4. 4

    Treatment

The procedure follows a written protocol, with aftercare instructions in writing.

  5. 5

    Follow-up

Check-ups in the clinical window that each technology requires.

Dr. Urbani’s consultation room, aesthetic and anti-aging medicine
Who treats you

At iki we don’t sugarcoat · we tell you

IKI Skin Experts grew out of the practice of Dr. Urbani, a physician specialized in sensitive and reactive skin, aesthetic and anti-aging medicine. She lives with rosacea and built the clinic around the skin others consider difficult.

The catalog is broad on purpose: more than 340 references across injectables, medical technology, laser, peels and minor skin surgery. It is not a menu to pick from blindly. It is the inventory from which the physician selects what is right for each case, and from which they rule out, out loud, what isn’t.

Frequently asked questions

Before your first visit

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. It lasts 45 minutes, it is done by a physician and it includes a medical history, a skin analysis and a written, phased plan with complete prices. There is no obligation to be treated that day.

Where is IKI Skin Experts?

In Usaquén, in the north of Bogotá, Colombia: Calle 120A #7-36, Office 803. You can book online or on WhatsApp at +57 324 328 4446.

Do you see patients in English?

Yes. Our team can see English-speaking patients at the clinic and on WhatsApp, and Valentina, our AI assistant, also answers in English.

I live outside Colombia. How do I start?

Most international patients start with a virtual consultation or a WhatsApp conversation, then plan their trip around the treatments that make sense for them. Our international patients page explains how to plan a visit.

What treatments do you offer?

Injectable aesthetic medicine (botulinum toxin, fillers, biostimulators, threads), medical technology (HIFU, intense pulsed light, fractional laser, radiofrequency), peels and depigmenting protocols, medical facials, body treatments and laser hair removal with Splendor X.

Do you treat sensitive skin or rosacea?

It is our specialty. Dr. Urbani lives with rosacea and iki’s approach is built around reactive skin: sustained control, technologies that respect the barrier and honesty about what can be controlled and what can’t be cured.

How much do treatments cost?

We publish starting prices in Colombian pesos, with an approximate US dollar reference, on our prices page. Your exact plan and price are given in writing at the consultation, with no surprises at checkout.
