Star Facial
Hydrafacial and Casmara · 12 steps, 90 minutes
The Star Facial (Facial de las Estrellas) combines the cleansing and infusion of the Hydrafacial Elite with the ampoules, peel and masks of the Casmara rituals. A physician assesses your skin on the day of your appointment and chooses the ritual. It is a cleansing, hydrating and maintenance facial · it does not replace medical treatment.

The 12 steps of the Star Facial at iki
Before the first step, micellar water is applied to the face, neck and décolleté to remove surface impurities. Then the protocol begins, adjusted to the ritual the physician chooses for your skin.
Lymphatic drainage
A manual massage that helps reduce puffiness and improve circulation before cleansing.
Vortex Fusion · Hydrafacial Elite
Deep cleansing and exfoliation with Activ-4 serum, which contains glucosamine, lactic acid and botanical extracts.
First Casmara ampoule
A copper-rich ampoule with antiseptic action, for a thorough cleanse of the face, neck and décolleté.
Ozone steam
Opens the pores to prepare for removing the impurities left inside.
Beta-HD serum and extraction
A serum that helps lift debris out of the pores mechanically, followed by manual extraction of comedones and blackheads.
Blue LED light
Light therapy with an anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effect.
Second Casmara ampoule · peel
A chemical peel that changes with the chosen ritual and prepares the skin to better receive the vitamins and minerals that follow.
Hydration with Vortex Fusion
Pressurized infusion of a serum with a high concentration of hyaluronic acid and antioxidants, using the Hydrafacial Elite handpiece.
Third Casmara ampoule · main active
The highest concentration of the ritual’s active ingredient: vitamin C, goji berry, tranexamic acid, lactic acid or glycolic acid, depending on what your skin needs.
Fourth Casmara ampoule · nourishing cream
A cream that nourishes the face, neck and décolleté, applied with a relaxing massage.
Casmara mask
Applied to the face, neck and décolleté to seal in the serums and actives from the previous steps.
Antioxidant protection and red LED
A cream that protects against free radicals, applied with massage, and a close with red LED light, associated with collagen stimulation.
What it offers
Deep cleansing in one protocol
Exfoliation, pore decongestion and manual extraction in the same appointment.
Layered hydration
Hyaluronic acid infused with Hydrafacial and Casmara actives applied in sequence, from preparation to protection.
A ritual for your skin
There are protocols for dry, sensitive, combination, acne-prone, rosacea-prone or melasma-prone skin. The physician chooses one after assessing your skin.
No downtime
You can return to your activities right away. If mild redness appears, it usually fades within a few hours.
Technology with an indication

Hydrafacial Elite + Casmara
The Hydrafacial Elite cleanses, exfoliates, extracts and infuses serums with its Vortex Fusion handpiece, in a controlled way and without harshness. Casmara provides the ampoules, peel and masks of its professional rituals. Together they let us adjust each step to the skin in front of us, instead of applying a standard facial.
Results and aftercare
Afterward, your skin usually feels cleaner, more hydrated and brighter. It is a care and maintenance effect: it holds with your home routine and sessions every 4 to 6 weeks. On its own, it does not treat skin laxity, deep wrinkles or hormonally driven pigmentation. Medical protocols exist for those, and this facial can accompany them.
Aftercare after the session
- Ideally wait 24 hours before wearing makeup
- Daily sunscreen, especially because the ritual includes a peel
- Avoid sauna, steam and direct sun for the rest of the day
- Pause exfoliants, acids and retinoids at home for the days your physician indicates
- Repeat every 4 to 6 weeks if your plan calls for it
Results vary from patient to patient.

What is the Star Facial?
It is a deep cleansing facial that combines Hydrafacial Elite technology with the products and masks of the Casmara rituals. It has 12 steps, moving from cleansing and extraction to hydration, actives and protection. It is personalized to the skin type the physician identifies that day.
How long does the Star Facial take?
About 90 minutes. The exact time can vary with the chosen ritual and what your skin needs that day, for example if it requires more extraction or an extra calming step. It helps to arrive without makeup, or with time to remove it before you start.
Is it suitable for every skin type?
Yes. There are rituals for dry, sensitive, combination, oily, acne-prone, rosacea-prone or melasma-prone skin. On the day of your appointment, a physician assesses your skin and chooses the protocol. If your skin is irritated or in a rosacea flare, the ritual is adapted or we recommend waiting.
How often is it recommended?
To maintain and build on results, it is usually recommended every 4 to 6 weeks, depending on what your skin needs. That frequency follows the skin’s natural renewal cycle. If it is part of a plan with other treatments, your physician decides how to space them.
Can I wear makeup afterward?
You can apply light makeup after a few hours, but ideally wait at least 24 hours so your skin absorbs the serums and masks without a barrier. If you have an event the same day, mention it when you book and we will choose the most convenient time.
Is there any downtime?
No. It is a non-invasive treatment that is gentle on the skin, so you can carry on with your day afterward. Some people have mild redness or some sensitivity, especially after extraction, which usually disappears within a few hours.
How is it different from a regular facial cleansing?
A regular cleansing focuses on cleaning and extraction. The Star Facial adds Hydrafacial Elite exfoliation and infusion, a chemical peel, LED light and Casmara active ampoules chosen by a physician for your skin. It is more complete, but it is still a facial, not a treatment for skin laxity or deep wrinkles.
Can I have it during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Many steps are compatible with those stages, but some actives and the peel are swapped or left out. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, mention it when you book so the physician can adapt the ritual or recommend the most prudent alternative for that time.
