Why her approach is different
Dr. Urbani lives with rosacea. She knows from her own skin what it is to try product after product, to react to treatments that promised calm, and to be told that difficult skin has to put up with it. That experience shaped how she practices: understand the skin first, treat it second, and never promise what biology doesn’t allow.
She founded IKI Skin Experts in Usaquén, Bogotá, around that idea. The clinic has a broad catalog on purpose, more than 340 references across injectables, medical technology, laser, peels and minor skin surgery, so that the physician can choose what is right for each case and rule out, out loud, what isn’t.
The same thinking led her to formulate IKI Skincare: an at-home routine for sensitive skin, built the way she prescribes it in her practice.
